Meditation with Mary In-Person
Drop in for guided meditation. Mary Scannell, mediation facilitator, will lead participants to practice mindfulness to acheive clear and emotional calm.
Meditation is mindfulness, focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to bring attention and awareness, and achieve a clear and emotionally calm and stable state.
